Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for business development and team leadership? GlobX is looking for a Sales Lead to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead our sales initiatives in Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. 
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. 
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. 
  • Mentor and support the sales team to achieve business targets. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to drive growth. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 
  • Experience in ERP, SaaS, or technology solutions is an added advantage. 
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. 

Languages

  • English (Mandatory) 
  • Kinyarwanda 
  • French (will be an added advantage.)
