We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead – ERP & Digital Transformation to drive serious growth across Rwanda 🌍

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

As a Enterprise Sales Lead at GlobX;

  • You’ll engage CEOs, CFOs, and Business Owners.
  • You’ll uncover operational gaps.
  • You’ll position Odoo ERP as a strategic solution.
  • You’ll own the deal, from the first meeting to the final signature.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships that turn into long-term partnerships
  • Collaborating with our tech & consulting teams to deliver winning proposals

đź’ˇ What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Confidence in pitching, presenting, and negotiating
  • Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or tech-driven solutions (Odoo is a plus!)
  • A solution-oriented mindset with genuine care for the client’s success
  • Energy, curiosity, and drive, we want rainmakers, not order-takers
  • 🔥 This role is about Revenue, Ownership, Results.
