What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline, and sales activities.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and campaign coordination.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
