Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for business development and team leadership? GlobX is looking for a Sales Lead to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead our sales initiatives in Rwanda.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Mentor and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to drive growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, or technology solutions is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
