We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead – ERP & Digital Transformation to drive serious growth across Rwanda 🌍

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
As a Enterprise Sales Lead at GlobX;
- You’ll engage CEOs, CFOs, and Business Owners.
- You’ll uncover operational gaps.
- You’ll position Odoo ERP as a strategic solution.
- You’ll own the deal, from the first meeting to the final signature.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships that turn into long-term partnerships
- Collaborating with our tech & consulting teams to deliver winning proposals
đź’ˇ What You Bring
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Confidence in pitching, presenting, and negotiating
- Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or tech-driven solutions (Odoo is a plus!)
- A solution-oriented mindset with genuine care for the client’s success
- Energy, curiosity, and drive, we want rainmakers, not order-takers
- 🔥 This role is about Revenue, Ownership, Results.
