- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Manage CRM updates, sales pipeline, and sales activities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and campaign coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
