Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for client enquiries related to accounting, finance, and taxation.
  • Assist clients in understanding accounting workflows and best practices.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of accounting processes in ERP systems.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
  • Support GST compliance, TDS, income tax, and other statutory accounting requirements.
  • Review financial transactions and help resolve accounting and tax-related issues.
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client support.
  • Prepare financial reports, documentation, and user guides when required.
  • Conduct client training sessions on accounting and finance processes within the ERP system.

Requirements

  • CA Aspirants (Foundation, Inter, Final) or candidates pursuing Chartered Accountancy.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Management.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Tally, Odoo ERP, or other accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.
